Service Design Project: As the team leader of the Concept and Experience team of SDN Next Gen Conference, I create a unique Metaverse Conference and decide the topic is “ service design beyond 2025”!
I use e utilizes Design thinking and Service blueprint for brainstorming the conference platforms as follows.

What I learned?
people love unique experiences! our attendees feel united and "freedom" in the metaverse, have to design hardware service delivery if I held the next metaverse conference.
design metaverse needs to learn spatial design and work with the visual design team, also understand 2D ^ 3D design have huge differences.
